Lawyer and Magister in Criminal Law from the Catholic University of Santa María (UCSM). Bachelor of Education from the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM). Master in History from the San Pablo Catholic University (UCSP). He is currently studying a PhD in history at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). Professor of the Continental University - Arequipa headquarters and the Archdiocesan Seminary of San Jerónimo - Arequipa. He has published several articles in national and international magazines. He is a Renacyt accredited investigator at level VII. His field of study is violence and crime in the southern Andes at the end of the Viceroyalty and at the beginning of the Republic.
