Resumen

The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between digital transformation and the management of change in teachers of a Peruvian university, in post-pandemic times. The specific objectives were: to determine the relationship between the digital strategy and the management of change in teachers; determine the relationship between technological innovation and the management of change in teachers; determine the relationship between the management of digital talent and the management of change in teachers; determine the relationship between digital communication and the management of change in teachers. The study was of an applied type, correlational descriptive level, quantitative approach and non-experimental design. The population was 245 teachers from a Peruvian university, of which 35 were selected from industrial engineering. Two questionnaires were used, one for digital transformation and the other for change management, each with 16 questions and three response alternatives. The validity of the instrument was confirmed by expert judgment, as well as its reliability by Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. The data was tabulated using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 26 software, as well as the descriptive analysis of absolute and relative frequencies; and inferential analysis with Spearman’s Rho correlation coefficient.
