The accreditation requirements require that universities comply with the alignment towards the social responsibility approach, so they make their best efforts to comply with its standards. The objective of this research was to analyze the perception that teachers and authorities of the Faculty of Sociology of the National University of the Center of Peru have about University Social Responsibility. The study is of basic type, descriptive level, mixed approach, analytical and deductive-inductive methods, using the concurrent triangulation design. The perception survey on university social responsibility was applied to a sample of 21 volunteer subjects (teachers) and an interview guide to a sample of 5 experts (authorities). The data was processed with the SPSS V. 25 statistical program, and the hypotheses were verified with the Bernouli Binomial test, using the Minitab V. 18 program. The results show that the perception of university social responsibility that teachers and authorities have is positive. in its dimensions: Organizational management, training and social participation, while in the research dimension it is negative.
