The effort of the Ombudsman's Office in Peru collects mainly qualitative analysis, publishing information about social conflicts. Due to the complexity of this information, this study identifies a huge opportunity to use AI algorithms to perform natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU) on available data contributing with real applications to build a path for a more accurate and faster social conflict analysis in Peru, highlighting technological paths to develop a deeper AI NLP analysis.
