Resumen
The fundamental objective of this article is to propose theoretical guidelines for the persuasive communication of program directors and organizational conflict mediation at National Experimental Universities in the State of Zulia. Methodologically, the study is of a descriptive type. The population consisted of 10 directors belonging to the universities under study for whom a questionnaire with 51 items was designed. Results demonstrate that the persuasive communication of program directors at Experimental Universities in the State of Zulia is deficient in all aspects.
