Resumen
This paper analyzes the Peruvian political situation of the last years, starting from a review of the political conflicts that arose, in which the Legislative and Executive powers used various mechanisms to try to impose one on the other. In this sense, although politics requires dialogue and agreements, in the Peruvian case it has been resorting to the judicial sphere to settle conflicts. Based on this, government actors have found in filing lawsuits an alternative to settle controversies such as electoral results, the dissolution of Congress and the presidential vacancy. This action demonstrates an alarming judicialization of politics in Peru, a situation that adopts various nuances taking into account that in the face of the need to reach consensus and consolidate the institutionality, the judicial rulings issued in these cases have caused more divisions and foster interest to control the jurisdictional instances.
