Resumen
Natural light affects visual comfort in academic spaces and influences educational performance. Therefore, the objective is to evaluate the behavior of solar incidence in relation to the interior cladding materials in these spaces, with the aim of incorporating them into active solar energy utilization systems. To this end, a study is carried out using a lux meter and Velux Daylight Visualizer simulation. Wall, ceiling, and floor finishes in the selected spaces are analyzed based on three indicators: illuminance, luminance, and natural lighting factor. The results reveal that, despite the orientation of some of these environments, materials with high reflectance favor a more homogeneous distribution of light with a significantly higher solar albedo.
