Resumen
The field of healthcare is increasingly reliant on data-driven insights, as data acquisition and management are critical in improving patient outcomes, streamlining operations, and supporting informed decision-making. The study aims to provide a comprehensive framework for efficient healthcare data acquisition and management, focusing on structured processes to handle large volumes of complex healthcare data. A six-step healthcare data management framework has been introduced. It includes data acquisition, data preprocessing, data storage, data management, data analytics, data visualization, and reporting. Each step in this framework ensures data accuracy, security, and accessibility across various stages of the data lifecycle, ultimately allowing for more robust and insightful data analytics. Data acquisition captures data from diverse sources Preprocessing refines it for consistency Storage ensures secure and organized retention; management facilitates data integration and accessibility. Advanced analytics provides insights, while visualization and reporting make these findings accessible to stakeholders. The entire potential of healthcare companies’ data can be connected through this organized method, improving operational efficiency and care delivery. By implementing this framework, healthcare institutions can better respond to emerging challenges, adapt to technological advancements, and foster a data-driven culture that enhances patient outcomes and operational success.
