Resumen
The aim of this reflection is to explain by means of logical argumentation that information management is a type of dissipative structure. This work arises from the concept of entropy (second law of thermodynamics) as a quantity that determines the irreversibility of a process and the concept that explains the cause of natural transformation, tending to a permanent increase in the universe, which underlies the degradation of systems and the convergence towards chaos. The methodology used to analyze information systems as dissipative structures is analytical, explaining the transformation of states as a function of entropy and energy. From a thermodynamic analysis it is concluded that information systems are dissipative structures that are ordered by an external agent that supplies components of entropy denaturing order.
