Resumen

The idea is to raise the idea of transforming present education with the purpose of achieving a better future, in the exercise of conflicts, through an educational proposal for the interdisciplinary mediator. The educational strategy for the training of the interdisciplinary mediators is presented, evidencing the education for the preventive management of the conflict, the means of education, the use of the TIC, basing and presenting what is the interdisciplinary mediation, principles and values, contents of the Dialogical curriculum, the interdisciplinary mediator, school medication, field of action, roles of the actors involved in the training process and management of interdisciplinary mediation, ending with the methodological strategy. All permeated by the didactic to promote and resignify the interdisciplinary mediation in Colombia.
