Currently, companies are more involved in the social development of the environment that surrounds them, this is evidenced in the emer-gence of new social enterprises. In such a way, that the objective of this study was to determine the elements of achievement of social enterprises in companies of Lima and Callao, having a non-experimental design, a descriptive level and a transversal scope. The population was made up of social enterprises executed by companies from Lima and Callao. A convenience sampling was carried out selecting 9 enterprises, whose selection criteria included the enterprises located in Lima and Callao; and those that had been in the market for 6 years. For data collection, the survey technique was used, and the instrument used was the questionnaire, which was applied to the 9 represen-tatives of the selected social enterprises. It consisted of 14 questions, with dichotomous closed answers and several options, related to the social entrepreneurship variable and its dimensions: context elements, organizational elements, elements of the entrepreneurial group and elements of solution to the social dilemma. The information was organized by means of Microsoft Excel sheets, and descriptive statistics were used for its analysis and interpretation.
