Resumen
Technological advances have recently opened new sports performance and rehabilitation opportunities. One of the most notable developments in this field is using exoskeletons for athletes. Therefore, this study aims to create an adaptive exoskeleton for the knee and ankle, designed specifically for injuries in soccer players. The main objective is to provide an electronic support system that allows efficient and safe rehabilitation in soccer players' early stages of recovery, serving as a proof of concept. According to the therapist's instructions, the exoskeleton will allow the movement of these joints to be controlled and regulated, providing support and stability during the rehabilitation process. In addition, we will seek to minimize any possible negative impact on the patient's foot by detecting contact forces between the exoskeleton and areas of the body. VDI 2206 development methodologies and electronic design systems were used. This electronic design is expected to provide an effective tool for therapists and healthcare professionals, facilitating rehabilitation and improving recovery times for football players.
