Resumen
We propose a comprehensive solution for the design and integration of an automated control system utilizing LOGO!s 12/24RCE and TDE technology. This system aims to regulate the temperature within an industrial electric oven used for curing board parts with electrostatic painting. By automating this process, we aim to alleviate production bottlenecks and streamline operations within the production area, ultimately facilitating higher-scale production and preventing delays in fulfilling orders. Our project is designed to optimize the curing process by precisely controlling the temperature and ensuring a flawless paint finish on all electrical panel components such as switches, relays, and circuit breakers. Additionally, the system includes a refrigeration component to minimize unnecessary downtime and maximize efficiency. Delays in the painting area can disrupt subsequent assembly processes, leading to inefficien-cies and increased costs. Therefore, our solution aims to mitigate these issues by ensuring timely delivery of painted components to downstream assembly areas. Through the implementation of our automated control system, we anticipate significant cost savings, reduced curing times, and improved operational efficiency.
