A licensed psychologist with a solid academic background and an outstanding track record in university teaching and applied research in the field of psychology. A graduate of the Andean University of Cusco, I have complemented my training with two master's degrees and am currently pursuing a PhD in Administration, which demonstrates my commitment to professional development and interdisciplinarity. In the field of university teaching, I have taught at various higher education institutions and also served as an academic tutor, which reinforces my profile as an educator committed to the critical and ethical development of my students. In the field of research, I have developed empirical studies applied to educational and organizational contexts in Cusco. I have also actively participated in national and international conferences, specialized courses, and seminars on scientific research, academic ethics, and quantitative and qualitative methodologies, consolidating a rigorous and up-to-date research practice. I complement my academic profile with experience in thesis advising, training in human talent management, and psychological care in educational and community settings.
