Uso de billeteras digitales y transacciones económicas de los negocios

The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between the use of digital wallets and the economic transactions of businesses in a shopping mall, since there is a constant growth in the number of companies that apply this means of payment in their daily operations. The type of research is basic, non-experimental design, correlational and quantitative approach. The population is 518 merchants, the sampling applied was non-probabilistic, with a sample of 106 merchants. The applied technique was the survey. The results determine that there is a significant relationship between the use of digital wallets and the economic transactions of the businesses. It is concluded that the use of digital wallets allowed greater economic transactions in merchants, thus contributing to the development of their daily operations, making it easier, safer and faster for them to make purchases or sales.
