Abstract

This study delves into a new technological model that introduces Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) in clothing stores, aiming to transform marketing campaigns. Such initiatives respond to the industry's growing demand for intelligent methods that enhance customer experience and, consequently, boost sales. The system records and analyzes in-store customer conversations using Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing. This not only provides valuable metrics but also empowers entrepreneurs and business leaders to make strategic decisions where personalization and real-time data analysis play a key role. The solution contributes to improving operational efficiency and productivity, while also acting as an agile, scalable, and aspirational tool supporting the digital transformation of the retail sector. The implementation of the model showed significant improvements in customer experience and commercial performance, with notable increases in conversion rates and average purchase value, supported by statistical analyses that confirm its positive impact. This approach offers an innovative and scalable solution to transform marketing management in physical retail spaces.
