Abstract
After a thorough review of the content of this article by a duly constituted expert committee, this article has been found not to meet IEEE standards for publication quality. Specifically, this article contains incoherent, non-standard, or unclear technical language (tortured phrases), which impacts the reliability of the results. Therefore, IEEE has retracted the content of this article from Xplore. When contacted, the authors did not respond.
