Abstract
The research offers reasoning that analyzes the challenges of competency education in contemporary society. Therefore, it faces pedagogy by objectives as the modeling of professionals who have the sole purpose of sustaining the production of goods and services over time without considering environmental and human degradation. Next, the education that enables it is used to provide anthropological, epistemic and axiological analyzes that organize the educational fact as the humanization of societies. Who knows does it because he is capable of technically appropriating reality in order to structure just ways of life. They are trained in the dialogic disposition that allows consensus that promotes the ability to weave culture. Knowing the world implies operating the available resources to coordinate livable societies. A bibliographic analysis is carried out from the rationalist-deductive approach.
