Relationship between Internal Communication and Resistance to Change in the Teaching Staff of an Educational Company

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between, internal communication, and resistance to change. A sample of teachers from a private educational institution in the District of Lima - Peru; based on the theoretical reference of Formanchuck (2008), whose validity Conceptual is fulfilled, by verifying in the thesis of the last five years and the numbering of the advantages and disadvantages of the dimensions of internal communication, essential, operational, strategic, evaluative, motivational, learning and intelligence. Along with this theory, the model of Lorenzo (2000) assumed, which establishes the logical, psychological, and sociological dimensions of resistance to change. The assumption was that internal communication correlates with the resignations of resistance to change: for this purpose, the Internal Communication and resistance to change questionnaires were applied to a sample of 116 teachers. The type of study of the roach was quantitative, by the correlational descriptive level, because we will obtain important characteristics of each variable in the reality studied and the knowledge of the intensity and direction of the correlation between the variable communication and resistance to change. The hypothetical deductive method as soon as we start from theories as general references to verify its occurrence in a specific situation.
