Abstract

Virtual conciliation presents an evolution for the Law, particularly for alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. The purpose of the article is to present reflections on the legal figure of virtual conciliation, as a useful tool for conflict resolution, which facilitates communication in hearings through technological means, with the support of Information and Communication Technologies, hereinafter ICT, in search of strengthening peaceful coexistence, dialogue and agreement. The methodology used was documentary, legal dogmatic, studying the structures of the objective law and the legal normative order related to virtual conciliation. Among the most important results was the need for massive training in the use of ICTs to facilitate virtual conciliation for users and conciliators, thus achieving judicial decongestion. Among the most relevant conclusions is that virtual conciliation generates a greater culture of dialogue in the resolution of conflicts due to its ease, speed and economy.
