Abstract
This paper presents an innovative technological model designed to improve efficiency in the reservation of synthetic turf sports fields in the city of Huancayo. The increasing popularity of synthetic turf sports fields has generated an increased demand and need for effective reservation management, thus optimizing the use of these facilities. The proposed model integrates advanced technological tools, including a mobile application and cloud management systems, to streamline the field reservation and allocation process, significantly reducing waiting times and maximizing the use of available resources. In addition, key aspects of the model, such as usability, user satisfaction, and technical feasibility, are examined, demonstrating its potential to transform the synthetic turf sports field reservation experience in Huancayo. This model is presented as an innovative approach to optimize the management of sports spaces in the context of synthetic turf fields, contributing to greater efficiency and user satisfaction. The results after implementing the mobile application were: A 76% reduction in the time it takes to reserve a synthetic turf field in a conventional manner as opposed to the time it takes to reserve through the mobile app.
