Abstract
This present describes a quality model of virtual education programs of the University of San Martín de Porres, Peru. The virtual educational model is supported by four quality pillars, consisting of: quality of training, quality of service, quality of the system and quality of information. From the methodological point of view, a descriptive and projective research was proposed, which details components such as technological infrastructure, digital materials, technological knowledge of users, integration of Information and Communication Technologies. A virtual classroom is conceived with five components: informative, formative, experiential, communicative and investigative that fulfill meaningful learning in virtual learning environments. It is concluded that the elements of the model used as a reference and based on continuous improvement, were perfectly adapted to the virtual environments of the University of San Martín de Porres.
