Abstract
The general objective of this study was to determine the relationship between ICT management and the job performance of teachers at a Peruvian university. According to its approach, the work was quantitative and according to its level it was correlational. In addition, according to its type it was applied, it had a non-experimental design and a cross section. The population consisted of 4,085 teachers from a Peruvian university. A non-probabilistic convenience sampling was carried out, selecting 46 engineering professors from a Peruvian university. The technique used to collect the information was the survey and the instrument used was the questionnaire, which had 32 questions referring to the study variables and their dimensions, each question with 5 response options by means of a Likert-type scale. The descriptive analysis of the data was carried out using a spreadsheet, calculating the absolute and relative frequencies. The inferential analysis was performed with the help of the SPSS program. To determine the normality of the data, the Shapiro-Wilk test was applied, considering that the sample was less than 50 elements and to determine the correlation coefficient, the non-parametric Pearson coefficient test was used.
