Abstract
Transformational leadership and organizational climate are fundamental factors for the performance of technological companies. However, there is little research on how these variables interact in the sector. The objective of this study was to analyze the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational climate in a technology company. A transverse quantitative approach was used, applying a validated and reliable questionnaire to the company's 80 employees. The questionnaire includes questions about inspiration and vision, intellectual stimulation and promotion of innovation, individualized consideration and support, and organizational climate. Statistical techniques such as Spearman's correlation analysis and non -linear regression analysis to analyze the data were used. The results showed a positive and significant correlation between transformational leadership and organizational climate (rho = 0.72, p <0.001). In addition, positive and significant correlations were found among all the dimensions studied and the organizational climate. The non -linear regression analysis confirmed that transformational leadership explains 46.1% of the organizational climate variance (R2 = 0.461, p <0.000). The study showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant relationship with the organizational climate in the technology company studied. The importance of inspiration and vision, intellectual stimulation and promotion of innovation, individualized consideration in the creation of a positive organizational climate was noted.
