Abstract
Students have serious difficulties when learning to process agro-industrial products, this study proposes a didactic module 'Filac' for the learning of the elaboration of manjar blanco in students of an agricultural educational institution, applies a quasi-experimental design to two groups, experimental and control in pre and post test to a sample of 20 high school students. After validating the module by specialized judges using the Delphi method, it was rated as excellent, giving a score of 19.5/20. Data collection took place during an academic two-month period, the instrument was validated by expert judgment (18.67- excellent level) and a reliability by Cronbach's alpha of 0.67. The comparison of pre- and post-test means indicates the existence of a significant difference (p = 4.303E-8), the student's t-test, applied to the experimental and control groups, were highly significant (p = 8.27E-7). Concluding that the filac didactic module is effective in learning how to make manjar blanco.
