Abstract
The foundation of the conciliation, principles, advantages, interdisciplinarity, value as an institution of social order, and the rights of the subjects, are undoubtedly elements that promote the resignification of interdisciplinary mediation and propose key elements for its development and regulation, that undoubtedly, should be inserted in the education.
