Abstract

This research presents the design of a control system for water harvesting through the use of technologies as the objective of the research is to optimize the water harvesting infrastructure, the design of the control system is divided into 3 stages which are: evaluation of the catchment process through the use of proximity sensors, in the second stage is given the validation of the functioning where it is given in the pressure sensors and in the last stage is given the monitoring because at that stage is given the consolidation of the system, the power supply of all these systems is given through the use of solar panels, as results are obtained that under the method of Bleuch the calculated width is 65. 76 meters and 2 depredator floodgates with a width of 1.20 meters (m) and a depressing floodgate of 1.20 meters (m) and the width of the wall between the floodgates will be 0.30 meters (m), having a moving busbar width of 4.80 meters (m), with this the fixed busbar of 39.20 meters (m) was calculated. It is concluded that the application of 3 processes and validated by software improves the performance of the water harvesting systems.
