Abstract

This research presents the design and control of a CNC milling machine for use in the furniture industry, through mechatronic systems and artificial intelligence. In this work, a control was established for each moment of use, thus being the most autonomous and efficient. The development of the project demonstrated the application of the milling machine that is controlled by a computer numerical control applied to the use of door design with implementation of artificial intelligence. Also added a sequence of predefined images that are changed by artificial intelligence. In addition, the mechatronic system implemented improves the process quality and the time to complete the doors with design.
