Abstract
The construction and validation of the graduation profile measurement process of eight Engineering programs, six Company Science programs and three Law and humanities programs of the Continental University is described. For its construction, the content analysis (bibliographic and documentary review) of the Tuning methodology and three accrediting agencies was used, which set up a measurement process with four procedures: i) measurement planning, ii) application of instruments and evidence collection, iii) data processing and analysis, and iv) communication of results of the achievement of competences (skills). For its validation, 19 professionals with experience in program management were appealed to the criteria of judges, to whom a survey consisting of 10 criteria was applied: needs satisfaction, correspondence with accreditation standards, measurement planning, planning compliance, standardization of the instrument, evidence of application, data processing and analysis, communication of results, input for continuous improvement, and insertion in academic management; which were rated with a Likert scale. To estimate the reliability, the approval percentage and the Fleiss Kappa concordance coefficient were used for related samples, finding that the 19 judges agreed on their assessments (Fleiss Kappa 0.07), placing their highest ratings between the agreement levels and very in agreement. It is concluded that the process of measuring the graduation profile is valid, becoming a fundamental input for the management and continuous improvement of university education programs.
