Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction in a Peruvian industrial company during the year 2020. The research was developed under the quantitative approach, design and non-experimental level correlational, basic type, in the that the descriptive method was used; The sample consisted of 316 employees or collaborators of a Peruvian industrial company located in Lima. The instruments of work climate and job satisfaction of 20 and 16 items, respectively, were applied. The descriptive results indicate that 71.20% of the workers perceive the organizational climate as regular, while job satisfaction is perceived by 80.70% of the workers with a regular level. It is concluded that there is sufficient evidence to affirm that the organizational climate variable has a medium positive relationship (Rho = 0.559) and significant (p = 0.000 <0.05) with the job satisfaction variable of a Peruvian industrial company during the year 2020.
