Abstract
In this paper we study the long-term dynamics of a Riemannian wave exposed to critical structural forces in the Sobolev sense, where the dissipation region is located in an optimal sense in measure, in particular, the damping region is ε-controllable in measure. The objective is to prove the existence of a global attractor for the semigroup associated to the model.
