I am an information technology professional with extensive experience in educational institutions. I worked at the National University of San Antonio Abad del Cusco (UNSAAC), starting as an application developer, responsible for the design and implementation of technological solutions to improve institutional processes. Later, I assumed the position of Web Administrator, where I was responsible for the development, updating, and maintenance of the main UNSAAC portal and the pages of its academic and administrative departments. I also managed the publication of content such as events, job boards, scholarships, agreements, and conferences. In addition, I managed web servers, databases, DNS, and institutional email, and ensured the proper functioning of web applications. I provided technical support during videoconferences and updated information for authorities and staff. Later, I was promoted to the position of Head of Operations, leading the administration of the university network's voice and data services. I oversaw equipment operations, installations, switch configuration, network security, implementation of new applications and services, as well as the growth of the technological infrastructure and supervision of technical staff. Currently, I work as a professor at Continental University, teaching specialized courses in the Professional Academic School of Systems Engineering and Computer Science, as well as courses for other programs, combining practical experience with academic training.
