I hold a Master's degree in Strategic Management of the Human Factor and am currently pursuing a PhD in Administration with a double international degree. I have over six years of professional experience and more than three years dedicated to university teaching at institutions such as the Technological University of Peru, Continental University, and the Autonomous University of Peru, where I have taught courses related to administration, marketing, people management, employability, research, human talent, and job analysis. I have been recognized for my teaching excellence, led technology fairs, advised applied projects, and designed virtual educational resources aligned with the competency-based approach. In addition, I have training in instructional design, digital tools management, and a solid ability to connect with students in virtual environments, which allows me to offer a dynamic, relevant training experience focused on student comprehensive development. I complement my profile with a solid background in Executive Coaching and Soft Skills, which allows me to enhance socio-emotional and leadership skills in the classroom. I also have experience in applied research and have been awarded first place in the Specialization Program in Writing and Dissemination of Scientific Articles for my outstanding academic performance, thus consolidating a comprehensive profile that combines professional practice, quality teaching, and academic production.
