Academically, I have a PhD in Administration, a Master in Strategic Business Administration (MBA from Centrum of the PUCP), a Systems Engineer and a Lawyer; I also have
double certification as a Facilitator for the savings club - Fundación Alemana – Finanzgruppe
(Sparkassenstiftung für internationale Kooperation), a specialist in Macroeconomic Analysis of Latin America from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro - BRAZIL, a specialist in Public Management, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Process Management and Improvement and Project Management
from ESAN and an expert in DESIGN THINKING from UCAL. I am currently an undergraduate professor at the Universidad Continental and a graduate professor at different Peruvian
Universities with more than 11 years of experience in the following courses: Public
Management, Public Administration, Management Information System, Legal Environment for Business and
Franchises, Business Law, HR Management, Public Management, Negotiation and Management of Labor
Conflicts, Leadership and Systemic Thinking, among others.
I also work as a public official with more than 19 years of professional experience
developed in the financial and business system, with coverage in more than 60 agencies
distributed in 4 regions of Peru such as: Junín, Cerro de Pasco, Huánuco and Huancavelica of the
Submanagement Macroregion III - Huancayo of the Banco de la Nación, with the ability to manage the
implementation of analytical models, using diverse information through reports and
visualization tools, for better decision making.
