He studied medicine at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, where he obtained the title of Surgeon in 1995 and later made a specialty in Internal Medicine at the Arzobispo Loayza Hospital, becoming Chief of Residents. Moved by his desire to be a researcher, he moved to the city of Huancayo in 2005 and began his teaching career at the Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú (UNCP) together with the Universidad Peruana Los Andes (UPLA) and later at the Universidad Continental (UC), dictating chairs such as: Physiopathology, Medical Clinic, Research Methodology, Thesis, among others. Likewise, he has held the position of Tutor in the UNCP Medical Residency Program in the specialty of Family Medicine since 2011. He has held important positions such as President of the Peruvian Society of Internal Medicine (2015-2016), Huancayo Branch , Founder of ASIMEDIAL (Association for Research in Internal Medicine at Altitude) in 2011, Dean of the Medical College, Regional Council IV - Huancayo, period 2016 - 2018, as well as Secretary of the Medical College, Regional Council IV - Huancayo, period 2012 - 2015, holding the position of Vice-President of the Medical Corps of the Ramiro Prialé Prialé National Hospital - EsSALUD Junín (2013-2015). Likewise, he has participated in various scientific events such as: organizer, exhibitor and speaker at conferences, Congresses, Courses, Conferences, Symposia, Seminars, Round tables, etc. He was awarded third place with the Kaelin Award - EsSALUD (2007-2008), the Salomón Zavala Award in 2009 with second place for the best work done in Intensive Medicine and obtaining first place in 2013, the ADIPER International Award in 2013, First Place in the Society of Internal Medicine in 2014, among others.
