Professional experience includes: → Consulting in the preparation of technical files, profiles, and specifications for municipalities and private entities. → Experience as a Resident Engineer for building construction and as a technical manager for public works and maintenance projects. → Extensive experience as a University Professor. Proficient in construction management and administration, Lean Construction, site safety, government contracting, and engineering software for design, analysis, cost control, progress monitoring, valuations, and final settlements.
