Industrial Engineer Graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru with 30 years of professional experience, 18 of which in the Telecommunications business, developed as Head in various management areas within MOVISTAR. Expert in Collections management (12 years of experience) and in the areas of Resource Management (Building Management, Security, general services and real estate management), Asset Control, Purchasing, Billing and Analysis and Claims Management, among others. Knowledge in logistics issues, such as inventory control and purchasing in mass product distribution companies. Ability to manage projects, improvements and process reengineering. Negotiation and innovation skills and leadership of work teams. Business vision focused on results. Academically, I have worked as a full-time professor at Universidad Continental, professor of Industrial Engineering at PUCP, professor at Universidad Antonio Ruiz y Montoya, professor at Universidad Privada del Norte, and mentor of the “Mentoring and SME Management” Program at the Faculty of Management and Senior Management at PUCP. I currently work as a part-time professor, designer of engineering courses, jury member, and thesis advisor at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering at Universidad Continental. Likewise, I work as a professor at the Faculty of Sciences and Engineering at PUCP (Thesis Advisor), among other activities. In addition to the above, I am a Senior Consultant, specialized in process improvement issues in the areas of Corporate Administration Operations, Collection, Collections, and Organizational Development.
