I have extensive academic training and experience in the fields of psychology, education, and quality management. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of San Martín de Porres and subsequently completed a Master's degree in Educational Psychology at César Vallejo University, as well as a Master's degree in Research and University Teaching at the Peruvian University of Sciences and Informatics. I am currently pursuing doctoral studies in Psychology at the University of San Martín de Porres. Additionally, I have completed specialization studies and diplomas focused on educational accreditation, quality management, and internal auditing under ISO standards, at the Institute for Quality of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. I also specialized in research projects and thesis advising at Continental University. In the area of ​​continuing education, I have participated in national and international courses, conferences, and academic events related to educational innovation, active methodologies, inclusion, competencies, and psychological practice. Regarding my professional background, I have experience in university teaching, notably at Universidad Continental since 2011. I have held academic and professional positions at other universities, educational institutions, and social and community support organizations. My professional experience includes roles as a university professor, psychologist, and coordinator and head of psycho-pedagogical and advocacy areas, working especially with children, adolescents, women, and families. I have published scientific and academic work related to dating violence, experiential avoidance, talent development, social skills, and technological strategies, as well as books and educational materials related to psychology and education.
