Personal profile

I am Valeria Volodia Salluca Rodríguez, a teacher with a solid academic background and experience in the educational field. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Primary Education from the National University of San Antonio Abad del Cusco (UNSAAC), where I also obtained a Master's degree in Educational Management, strengthening my skills in leadership and pedagogical administration. I currently hold a PhD in Educational Sciences from César Vallejo University, reaffirming my commitment to research and academic excellence. I complemented my training with a Second Specialization in Early Childhood Education from the Néstor Cáceres Velásquez Andean University, broadening my professional field. My interest in innovation led me to specialize in Educational Neuropsychology (Universidad Austral, 2018), Montessori Pedagogy (2020), and Speech Therapy (2020), which allows me to apply current strategies adapted to students' needs. In the professional field, I have had the opportunity to work as a classroom teacher in various primary education institutions in Cusco, as well as in higher education at the National University of San Antonio Abad del Cusco, the ISPP Uriel García, and Continental University, where I work as a Humanities professor. These experiences have allowed me to develop skills in tutoring, supporting, and training future education professionals. My career reflects a vocation for service, a commitment to quality education, and a passion for promoting meaningful learning in my students.
