She works in real estate development, specializing in urban planning, land preparation, legal and physical regularization, appraisals, and property formalization. She conducts applied research in the real estate sector, integrating technical and regulatory criteria with a strategic vision to enhance the value of real estate assets in Huancayo and the central region of Peru.
