I am a passionate professional specialized in driving business innovation and designing exceptional experiences for users and customers. My professional experience, a solid training as a computer engineer and my MBA and PhD postgraduate studies; They support my extensive experience in leading and transforming companies.
Throughout my career, I have channeled my energy and knowledge into creating solutions that are not only functional, but also generate a positive impact on clients' lives. My approach is based on a unique combination of management skills, business knowledge, technology and market strategy; which allows me to lead innovative projects that improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Likewise, I work as a University Researcher and Professor teaching specialization courses in the Systems and Computer Engineering and Business Engineering programs at the Continental University.
