Rosmary Guillén is a physicist with more than 15 years of experience in research and university teaching. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Environmental Sciences and Renewable Energy at the National University of San Agustín de Arequipa. She has a Master's degree in Physics and Physical Technologies from the University of Zaragoza, Spain, and has complemented her training with studies in Applied Mathematics for Engineering, with a focus on geophysics. She has taught at institutions in Venezuela and Peru, such as Continental University and the University of Los Andes. Her research addresses the magnetic and optical properties of nanoparticles and semiconductors, with applications in magnetic hyperthermia and treatment of contaminated water, using various nanomaterial characterization techniques. She has participated in multiple research projects, in international conferences, and has been recognized by RENACYT as a level VII researcher. In addition, he has received awards for his performance in teaching and research and has published in international indexed journals.
