Rafael Aquize Estrada, PhD

Graduated in Administration from the Universidad Andina del Cusco; with a Master's Degree in Social Management and Development Management from the Universidad Católica de Santa María, Master in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Environment and Sustainable Development, both from the Universidad Andina del Cusco, I have twenty-three years of experience in the business field and promoting economic development, community strengthening and corporate social responsibility through the Centro VERDE Civil Association; mainly promoting and directing planning, organization, direction and control processes for development programs and projects for local needs executed by public and private organizations, using validated methodologies. I have the strength to easily adapt to the objectives of the organizations to which I provide my services, with a vocation for results-based work, always assuming an ethical commitment and practicing values ​​and virtues in my work, with a lot of enthusiasm in each action that I undertake to develop, ability to speak and manage scenarios and human groups, identifying and empathizing with the problems of the environment, ability to work in a team and communicate with different people and levels.
