He holds a PhD from the University of Granada (Spain) in the Faculty of Political Science and Sociology, specializing in Peace, Conflict, and Democracy.
He holds a Master's degree in Intercultural and Interreligious Conflict Management and a Bachelor's degree in Science for Peace and International Cooperation from the University of Pisa (Italy).
He holds a degree in Journalism from the Jaime Bausate y Meza University (Lima, Peru).
He has developed his professional career in international cooperation projects in both Italy and Peru, as well as in public organizations focused on dialogue, Human Rights, and social inclusion. He has worked in the Ombudsman's Office, the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion, and the Ministry of the Interior. He currently works as a dialogue specialist in the Secretariat of Social Management and Dialogue of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of Peru. He is a university professor at the undergraduate level at the Continental University and the graduate level at the Technological University of the Andes.
