Miguel Angel Castillo Guevara, Mg

Electronics engineer with over 9 years of experience in technical consulting and specialized training. Currently, I teach at Continental University and San Antonio Abad University of Cusco, where I combine my industrial and academic backgrounds. My experience includes leading teams in industrial instrumentation consulting for the education sector, implementing technical workshops, and training teachers nationwide, always meeting established parameters and goals. I hold a Master's degree in ICT Management and am currently pursuing a PhD in Mechatronics Engineering. I complement my teaching work by developing public investment projects for regional and municipal governments, as well as promoting applied research in areas such as electronic instrumentation, drones, signal processing, and home automation. I have published two scientific articles and lead volunteer and formative research initiatives with students. I contribute empathy, responsibility, problem-solving skills, and motivational leadership. My goal is to contribute to the development of competent professionals and explore cross-cutting opportunities in electronics, maintaining a strong link between industry, technological development, research and university teaching.
