Professional with a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Management from the Graduate School of Continental University and a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Human Resources. She has solid experience in the administration and comprehensive management of electrification projects, as well as an analyst in the selection of administrative and operational personnel. She also serves as the Head of Internship at Continental University for the Strategic Management and Human Talent Management and Retention courses. Currently, she leads the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Business Sciences nationwide, assisting the academic and administrative management of the institution.
