A professional with over 14 years of multidisciplinary experience in the education, psychology, and public administration sectors. Her career began in 2012, where she distinguished herself as an English, communication, and computer science teacher in various institutions, primarily at the Fortunato L. Herrera Application School, where she also held important coordinating positions in Information Technology, Tutoring, and Educational Psychology.
Throughout her career, she has successfully integrated psychology and teaching. She has clinical experience at the San Juan Pablo II Mental Health Hospital and has worked as a psychologist and community outreach worker in educational institutions and at the Curahuasi CEDIF (Community Development and Family Integration Center). Her high academic standing has allowed her to teach Theory of Knowledge for the International Baccalaureate at the COAR (High-Performance Schools Center), as well as serve as an advisor for theses and research projects.
Currently, she leads macro-regional strategies as the Regional School Coexistence Specialist at the Cusco Regional Education Management Office (GEREDU), a position she has held since 2022. Simultaneously, she shares her extensive experience training future professionals as a professor at UNSAAC (2024) and Universidad Continental, and at the Professional School of Psychology, in addition to serving as a facilitator for the DEVIDA GEREDU Technical Team.
Her dedication to service, commitment to quality, and capacity for innovation have been recognized by winning the Good Practices in Educational Management competition twice, solidifying a profile with a high socio-emotional and academic impact.
