Doctor graduated from the UNMSM. Epidemiologist with National Registry of Specialist. Graduated from the Field Epidemiology Training Program (PREC) of the Ministry of Health. Doctor and Magister in Public Health and graduated from the Public Health Doctorate of the Federico Villareal National University, with various training courses and training in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Services Management, planning, monitoring-evaluation and Risk Management in disasters . Former fellow of the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health and of the PAHO / WHO International Health Leaders Program. He has 14 years of experience in the professional practice and as a consultant for different cooperation organizations.
