A graduate in Social Communication with a specialization in Organizational Communication from the National University of San Marcos, she has over 20 years of experience in public administration. Currently, she specializes in Strategic Planning and Organizational Development, working in the Health sector and at the municipal level. She is an expert in managing social campaigns with populations in urban and peri-urban areas, leading information, awareness, training, social dialogue, and negotiation processes with diverse political, technical, and social actors. She advises on the implementation of categorization, accreditation, quality management, and processes that reflect continuous improvement indicators in the private health sector. She is an expert in managing communication projects and advocacy campaigns. She develops institutional strengthening strategies for the public and private sectors. She is also a teacher and political activist.
