I am a Statistical Engineer and Civil Engineer, with an Academic Degree of Magister Scientiae in Computer Science from the National University of Altiplano, graduate of the Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with a mention in Transportation, graduate of the PhD in Statistics and Computer Science. University professor and thesis advisor with experience in Undergraduate and Postgraduate studies. With experience as a university professor in national and private universities from 1999 to date, experience in consulting for engineering projects in execution and Supervision of works, participating in different entities. Former Manager of Transportation and Road Safety of the Provincial Municipality of Puno, former advisor to the Congress of the Republic, Professional with leadership, proactivity for teamwork, with availability to take on new challenges.
